Situated within a town house urban plan district, the property a has irregular shape composed of two arcs in the front and the back of the property. The geometry of the house is derived from the two arcs, defining the front face and the backyard.

The front arc is facing the cul-de-sac, the vehicular approach of the house. And the back arc is facing the intersection of the pedestrian trails, creating a cozy backyard.

The arc theme is repeated across the entire project, including the backyard and even the guardrails both interior and exterior.
